About Us 

Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. was formed on February 1, 1996 by Daniel A. Sablosky with offices located in the Wallace Building, 642 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.  The firm was established to primarily manage the properties of P & A Associates (Mr. Peter Shaw & Mr. Alan Casnoff) and to service other owners with small to mid-size portfolios in the Philadelphia region.  As a registered Pennsylvania real estate brokerage firm, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. is engaged in the management and leasing of properties as well as tenant representation and real estate consulting.

 

The initial core business for Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. began with the P&A portfolio, which consisted of approximately 600,000 square feet of office buildings in Philadelphia that were renovated in the 1980's.  Later in 1996, the Lindbergh Business Center, located in Philadelphia at 6900 Lindbergh Boulevard with 250,000 square feet of industrial office and retail space, was added to the P&A and Stonehenge portfolios.  

 

In 1997, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. became the exclusive managing agent for the following office buildings:  The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, (120,000 sf), 1515 Locust Street (55,000 sf), 232 Market Street (35,000 sf) and the Mulberry Atrium (37,000 sf).  Early in 1998, 419 South 2nd Street and 420 South 2nd Street, the New Market Complex and Garage, were added to the Stonehenge portfolio bringing the total square footage managed to 1,500,000 square feet of office buildings in Philadelphia.

 

During the first half of 1999, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. was chosen to manage Pier 3, a 172-unit condominium complex, thus expanding its management into the residential condominium market. 

 

In 2001, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. was assigned a major consulting project of 1,200,000 square feet in Rochester, New York.

 

In December 2002, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. relocated its office to the Commandant's Office Building - HQ6 at 4900 South Broad Street in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, adding yet another building to its management portfolio. 

 

During 2003, Pier 5 Condominiums and four (4) additional condominium/apartment buildings were added to the portfolio.  It was during this year that Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. began smaller residential development such as 509 Vine Street, a 44-unit total renovation.  Also during 2003, the firm expanded outside the Philadelphia area with the addition of Drew Court, an office/industrial park located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

 

During 2004, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. began managing the historically renowned Architects Building consisting of 150,000 square feet and the Lafayette Building, also a 175,000 square foot building.  In addition to these properties, The St. James, a 45-story, 306-unit newly constructed apartment building was opened by Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. on behalf of P&A Associates, Clark Realty and Morgan Stanley.  We continue to manage this building today on behalf of Morgan Stanley.

 

Stonehenge Advisors, Inc.'s portfolio has evolved throughout the years.  Some of the buildings previously managed were sold to single users who elected to manage internally.  Additionally, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. realized that it had to become more selective in regards to what buildings it could manage.  In some cases, smaller condominium associations and smaller office buildings had to be eliminated from the portfolio in order for Stonehenge to properly manage its larger properties.  Instead of having a portfolio with almost all office properties, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. has now grown into being a multi-faceted firm including office, industrial and residential properties in its portfolio.

 

Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. provides its clients with the most sophisticated real estate knowledge available in the industry by combining Mr. Sablosky's institutional experience over the past 20+ years with an experienced real estate management team.

 

Currently, Stonehenge Advisors, Inc.'s total gross revenue that is collected for owners is over $28,000,000 per annum.  Stonehenge Advisors, Inc. has over 80 full time professional employees to service our clients' properties.
