Stonehenge does have in-house capabilities for general repairs and installation of new HVAC equipment.  We also utilize third-party contractors such as Industrial Mechanical Services, Schindler Elevator Corporation, Oliver Sprinkler and Mario Fanelli Electric.  Because we are a significant management company, our ability to react quickly and supply answers, as well as provide reputable vendors, differentiates us from other management companies.
