Because we are aware that a Property Manager is necessary for the project, Stonehenge will assign an existing Stonehenge Manager or hire an additional Manager for the project.  Prior to starting the assignment, the Owner/Board will provide employee financial information to Stonehenge, if applicable, and hire existing personnel.  In addition, all existing personnel will be evaluated during the first 90 days of the assignment.  After this evaluation, the Owner/Board and Stonehenge will decide whether to retain or dismiss the current employees.  If appropriate, new employees will be interviewed for the assignment.
