Stonehenge buys janitorial and other supplies for the properties in bulk to minimize the cost to our Owners/Boards.  This includes heating, air conditioning and plumbing supplies that often are at the heart of running a property.  We anticipate and expect that the buildings will see savings under this process.  There is no mark-up for central buying of these services.
