Stonehenge has a complete computerized work-order system that allows us to track particular problems for each of our properties.  This work-order system is integrated with our general ledger and allows us to bill back the Owner of the property and/or condominium for additional charges.  The Owner/Board of the property will design the manner and use of this service.
